High-growth challenger bank is looking for an Interim Lawyer to join their team on an initial 6 month contract starting ASAP. Day rate, inside IR35, opportunity to extend or go perm for the right candidate. City location, hybrid working 2/3 day split.
Reporting to the Head of Legal responsibilities will include:
- advising on and drafting material outsourcing agreements
- drafting commercial contracts, technology agreements for the Bank including SaaS licencing agreements
- advising on client facing documentation, supporting the product and customer service teams
- supporting on regulatory change programs and responding to requirements from the regulators
- working with the product development team, providing commercial advice, horizon scanning and risk management
- general legal advice to the business
You will be 4+ years PQE as a guide with experience gained in private practice or in-house as a commercial lawyer within a tech or fintech environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is critical to your continued success in this role.
