We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage a water treatment project in Kent for a leading contractor. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a strong engineering background to take on a key position within a highly regarded company. If you have experience working on water treatment or civil engineering projects, along with strong leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site activities, ensuring projects progress efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Oversee and prepare QA, RAMS, ITPs, and ensure strict compliance with health & safety (H&S) regulations.
• Lead and coordinate on-site teams to maintain productivity and collaboration.
• Utilise technical expertise to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years in a similar role, ideally within wastewater treatment or civil engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in QA, RAMS, ITPs, and H&S compliance.
• Technical expertise in civil engineering with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
