INSIGHT LEAD (FRENCH SPEAKING) – CLIENT SIDE

UP TO £75,000

LONDON/SOUTHAMPTON

We’re looking for a Customer Insight Lead to join a well known British retail brand. The research this candidate conducts will directly influence product decisions and business strategies in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Insight Lead will:

• Lead research on own-brand products, providing insights that shape key categories.
• Work with stakeholders to turn broad ideas into clear strategies.
• Manage research agencies to ensure high-quality results.
• Understand customer needs in both trade and home-improvement markets.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Customer Insight Lead will have the following skills and experience:

• Ideally 10+ years of experience in qualitative & quantitative research
• Experience working client side at a retail business, or agency-side, with retail clients
• Fluent French & knowledge of French culture – must have
• Strong stakeholder management & ability to work in uncertain situations
• Experience in fast-changing, high-energy environments
