Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 + Company Bonus

Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a reputable national provider committed to excellence in elderly care, with a strong track record of Good and Outstanding CQC ratings. This is an incredible opportunity to take the helm of a brand-new, purpose-built home, ensuring the highest standards of care and creating an exceptional living environment for residents.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the home.
- Driving high standards of dementia care in line with CQC regulations.
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team to create a best-in-class care environment.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to provide outstanding care.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and welcoming home atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in elderly and dementia care
✔ CQC experience with a track record of strong regulatory performance
✔ NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
✔ Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) – Essential
✔ Passion for delivering person-centered care in a compassionate environment
