ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a hybrid role that combines executive support for the CEO with office management responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day activities run smoothly while also managing the operational efficiency of our office.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and enjoys a mix of strategic and hands-on tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage CEO & Chair’s schedules, meetings, and travel.
- Anticipate needs to improve efficiency and streamline operations.
- Act as liaison with internal teams, board, investors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Take meeting notes and ensure action items are completed.
- Provide research and project management support.
- Oversee travel logistics, including visas and accommodation.
- Track key projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and summarise key insights.
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.
- Manage office supplies, IT equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and off-site meetings.
