We’re looking for a confident and experienced senior sales consultant to join a flagship 900-unit residential development in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major scheme from a prominent developer, selling a mix of private residential homes in a fast-paced, high-demand market. The role:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with buyers.
- Guide purchasers through the buying journey, providing expert knowledge and support.
- Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Represent the development professionally, ensuring the highest standards in presentation and communication.
About you:
- Proven track record in new homes sales, ideally in large-scale residential developments.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals confidently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work weekends and operate in a target-driven environment.
