Family Solicitor

Our clients in the York area are looking for a Family Solicitor to join their team. They are a well-known firm in their field.

THE ROLE:

The duties include:

1. Keep up to date with changes of procedures and laws
2. Delivering outstanding service to the clients
3. Resolve client concerns and queries
4. Represent clients on family law matters and provide legal counsel
5. Research and analyse cases whilst working with the client
6. Create court pleadings, agreements and petitions accordingly
7. Work closely along the wider teams within the company day to day
8. Represent clients at Directions Hearings and Contested Hearings

THE CANDIDATE:

At least 2 years’ experience in the same role priorComfortable with Microsoft packagesKeen eye for detailAbility to work to deadlinesEnjoys collaborating with other teams within the businessOur client would consider up to 2 days working from home
