Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 (depending on experience) + bonus and wider benefits

Stanton House has been engaged by a well-known and growing financial services business to support them with the hiring of a Finance Analyst. We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated individual.
As part of our their Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organisation. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
- Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights
- Develop financial reports and dashboards using MS Power Apps
- Partner with business teams to align finance and strategy
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Conduct financial data analysis and develop financial models
- Support financial systems integration and improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Significant experience in a Financial Analyst role, ideally within financial services or a high-performance environment
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, financial modelling and business partnering
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering insights
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Power Apps
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or working towards one) is a plus
