Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an elevated client experience, demonstrating expert knowledge in luxury leather goods, RTW, and accessories.
• Show passion for craftsmanship, heritage, and the artistry behind fine accessories and luxury lifestyle products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, offering tailored recommendations and personalized service.
• Drive sales and exceed targets through proactive clienteling and storytelling.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless boutique operations and uphold the brand’s prestigious image.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in luxury RTW, leather goods, or high-end accessories.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and colleagues.
• Well-groomed and polished appearance, reflecting the brand’s refined aesthetic.
• Proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and build long-term client relationships.
