Role Overview:
As an Executive Search Consultant, you’ll serve as the vital link between candidates and clients, undertaking a range of responsibilities including interviewing, marketing, consulting, and headhunting to secure the ideal candidate for various roles. Specialising in Executive Search Recruitment, we focus on placing senior-level talent across industries such as Construction, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Technology. This is a 360 recruitment role, wherein you’ll manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly liaising with senior executives via phone/video calls
- Sourcing and interviewing top-tier candidates on behalf of clients
- Pitching tailored search solutions to address client needs
- Facilitating the interview process, including scheduling and feedback management
- Conducting market research to stay abreast of industry trends
- Building and managing candidate databases
- Engaging in cold calling and networking activities
- Negotiating terms of business and contracts
