Broadcast Specialist (3yrs+ Broadcast experience) Sales & Channel Manager – Europe & US
Location: Based in the UK (Remote with occasional travel)
(6-8 days a month Europe/1 week in 8 in the US)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 base + bonus (up to 50% OTE)

As part of their growth, we’re hiring a Broadcast Specialist Channel Sales Manager to lead sales & build channel sales across the US and EMEA regions.
Role Overview:
This role focuses on developing and managing channel partnerships, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence in the US and EMEA. Success requires industry expertise, strong relationships, and a proven channel sales track record and (MUST HAVE) solid broadcast experience. Travel includes 5-8 days per month in Europe and one week every two months in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Development:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
- Build strong relationships to support partner success.
Sales Growth:
- Implement strategies to drive channel sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with partners on joint plans and initiatives.
- Expand partnerships and network to grow sales channels.
Market Insights:
- Identify opportunities and trends to capture market share.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work with internal teams to enhance partner experiences.
- Monitor and support partner performance to achieve targets.
Qualifications and Skills
MUST HAVE – 3yrs + of UK or ideally EMEA Broadcast Market experience in selling thru channels.
Experience:
- 2-3yrs in channel sales or business development within broadcasting
- 5yrs+ in Channel Sales/Similar in total
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of broadcast industry and sales models.
- Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with excellent communication abilities.
Other Requirements:
- Comfortable with travel (Europe: 5-8 days/month; US: 1 week/2 months).
- Capable of working across time zones.
