Factory Operative

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are looking for factory opertives to work for a family run business which produce specialist ham, bacon and sausages. 

• Hours of Work: 07h00 – 16h00 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday 
• Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour 

As a factory operative your duties will include: 

• Production line work 
• Packing of products
• Picking orders
• Weighing of products 

The working environment is chilled so you will require warm clothes – the factory will provide PPE such as overalls, boots hair net, etc.

Ideally we are looking for someone who has factory and production experience and is happy to work in a chilled environment.

This position is temporary but coould lead to a permanent position for the right candidates after a successful qualifying period. 

Own transport is ideal due to location and shift times.
