Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join this incredibly successful advisory firm. They have a fantastic roster of blue chip clients, advising their boards on key corporate finance issues and matters of strategic importance to the firm.

In this role you will:

1. Work alongside MDs, advising clients on corporate finance matters.
2. Be exposed to a broad range of projects such as M&A, takeovers, defence, equity raising, financial strategy, and LBOs.
3. Engage in deal structuring, financial modelling, and valuations.
4. Prepare transaction documentation.

This would be a great opportunity for an Analyst from a larger bank who is looking to gain more hands-on exposure to deals and clients, operating at a senior level.

They are very interested in meeting Investment Banking Analysts from the corporate finance and investment banking teams of other banks and advisory firms.
