&#(phone number removed); The OpportunityAre you an experienced Workshop Manager with a passion for production planning, team leadership, and process improvement? We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on leader to oversee production operations in a fast-paced engineering environment.
&#(phone number removed); What You’ll Be Doing:✅ Lead & manage a team of 30+ across Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Machine Shop, Press/Laser Shop & Goods In✅ Oversee production planning & scheduling to meet customer requirements✅ Implement lean manufacturing & 5S processes to drive efficiency✅ Monitor quality control and ensure all products meet ISO 9001 standards✅ Conduct staff training, appraisals, and development planning✅ Ensure health & safety compliance and enforce best practices✅ Work closely with Directors on business performance & improvement strategies
