Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £100,000 (depending on experience), + 10% bonus

As a Technical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, leading technical teams through complex challenges, and guiding clients towards successful digital transformations. We are looking for a solution-focused engineer with a strategic mindset, that can blend hands-on technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor engineers, shape solutions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions that bridge the gap between business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Leading technical teams in the design and delivery of complex software solutions, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Providing hands-on technical guidance, including architecture decisions, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Driving internal growth by leading recruitment efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and shaping our technical communities of practice.
• Contributing to business development by providing technical insights and helping win new projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator and team player with the ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Solid foundation in engineering principles, scalable system design, and security best practices.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers, fostering skill growth through coaching, reviews, and pair programming.
• Strong DevOps background – proven experience delivering enterprise-grade applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and designing scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Extensive experience leading technical delivery in Agile teams, using Scrum or Kanban methodologies – experience having led end-to-end project delivery, from design to production.
• Experience with greenfield projects and enterprise solutions
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, .NET) and relevant frameworks, with the ability to design and implement full-stack solutions.
• A growth mindset, staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
