Job Description

  • Oversee tax planning, compliance and advisory services for private clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the Tax Department.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the team.
  • Review and sign off on complex tax returns.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and decision-making at the department and firm levels.
  • Represent the Tax Department in meetings and presentations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Tax Director should have:

  • A professional qualification in Tax or Accountancy.
  • Extensive knowledge of private client tax matters.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A commitment to providing excellent client service.
  • Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
