Job DescriptionThis is a vital role within Fixter’s Growth team, playing a pivotal, highly visible part in the growth and sustainability of the business.

To be successful, you will need to be very hands-on, with extensive experience and demonstrable success managing Search and Social channels.

You should be incredibly data-driven, proactive, and able to show that you’ve driven growth through a robust process of testing and iteration, and be able to both report and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Biddable media, particularly Paid Search, is an important and highly competitive channel for Fixter. This role will help to both manage existing channels and expand to new ones across social, display, affiliates and offline channels, such as TV, radio, outdoor.

The role will also involve driving improvements across the full user journey, spanning pure play PPC management and Conversion Rate Optimisation through the main website and landing pages.

QualificationsAs our Performance Marketing Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing and scaling all online campaigns, including search, social, display/programmatic, video, and affiliates.
  • Planning and managing offline campaigns, including TV, radio, and outdoor.
  • Analysing business/campaign performances and optimising campaigns for better efficiency.
  • Creating and maintaining creatives to support all campaigns.
  • Managing media budgets and agencies.
  • Conducting customer research, including customer interviews and surveys.
  • Working with the Product team on improvements to the funnel to drive CRO.
  • Devising new growth initiatives to drive acquisition and retention across our existing and future products.

We understand that everyone has different experiences and skillsets and just because you might not fulfill all our requirements it doesn’t mean we won’t talk to you. Ideally, you have:

  • A wealth of hands-on PPC and other performance marketing experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience running statistical experiments.
  • Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sheet/Excel, Data Studio, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver to reaching performance KPIs.
  • Accountability and ownership regarding results.
  • Copywriting is a plus.
