The Role:

As Senior/Principal Consultant you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from winning business to candidate placement. You’ll proactively identify and engage with clients to understand hiring needs, source and attract top talent through various channels and manage the interview and offer process. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a fantastic customer experience. This role requires strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with demonstrable experience in winning new logos.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Management:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and tailor recruitment solutions.
  • Attend and run industry events.

Candidate Sourcing & Management:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to placement.
  • Provide career advice and interview preparation support to candidates.
  • Negotiate contracts, fees, and terms of business with clients.
  • Close deals by matching the right candidates to client requirements.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Market & Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Advise clients and candidates on salary benchmarks and hiring trends.

Who you are:

  • Self-motivated and resilient with demonstrable experience in winning new clients.
  • A proven biller – ideally billed £200k+ in the last 12 months – within clients you have signed.
  • A team player, there is plenty of collaboration and cross-selling both within 3Search and across 11 Investments’ other brands.
  • Ideally you’ll have recruited into Professional Services – but this isn’t a dealbreaker.
  • A good human being. We’re very proud of our culture and have worked hard to create a positive environment for people.
  • Someone who enjoys learning. We’ve a fantastic inhouse L&D professional who runs training sessions on a weekly basis to get the best out of our people.
