Corporate 3+ PQE, to Senior Associate – Manchester
This highly popular national firm is looking to expand its corporate team with an additional hire into the Manchester office. The ideal PQE is upwards of 3 years’ PQE, but this may be Associate or Senior Associate level – there is flexibility for the right candidate who presents the requisite experience and is a good culture fit for the team.
This firm has an exceptional offering in corporate work, handling excellent quality M&A and private equity work across a breadth of sectors. Despite being a large national firm, the Manchester office has maintained an excellent culture and offers work for local clients on big ticket corporate M&A and private equity transactions. The team is busy and showing no signs of slowing down.
Due to growth, they are now keen to recruit an ambitious, hungry Associate/Senior Associate into the Manchester team. You will be upwards of 3 years’ PQE, but there is scope for hiring up to Senior Associate level for a candidate with the right background looking for progression. The key is finding a candidate who has the energy and enthusiasm to work in a busy and ambitious team.
Exposure to both M&A and private equity would be preferred, and an interest in handling a range of transactions. Partners in the team are eager to engage all members of the team in business development activities, enabling them to build their own networks in the local community from an early stage.
