Location: Moseley, Birmingham
£39,000 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Days – 35 hour contract
Shifts: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm
Time Healthcare are assisting an exceptional not for profit, charitable organisation in their search for a Clinical Manager join this OUTSTANDING service in the heart of Birmingham; having been a successful charity operating since 1946.
The service has been recently inspected and awarded good in all areas with CQC; this is the perfect time to join their well-established; long standing team as a Clinical Manager as they strive to continue to uphold clinical excellence; governance and maintain high standards.
The service is 33 beds at maximum capacity and specialises in elderly frail nursing and non-challenging dementia care; the site boasts communal lounges, landscaped gardens, a pet farm and an on-site bistro
As a Clinical Manager here you will assist the sites Nurse qualified Home Manager in the running of the home and ensuring the delivery of high-end clinical care by managing medicines, audit control, staff management as well as training and development, this role will be largely supernumerary.
