The Role

As a Luxury Real Estate Manager, you will lead high-value transactions, cultivate relationships with affluent clients, and oversee bespoke real estate developments. Your expertise in the ultra-luxury property sector will be instrumental in driving revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales & Negotiation: Lead negotiations on multimillion-pound property transactions, ensuring optimal deal structuring.
  • Client Relations & Acquisition: Develop and manage an exclusive network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis & Investment Advisory: Provide in-depth market insights to support investment decisions and identify lucrative opportunities.
  • Luxury Portfolio Management: Oversee premium property listings, ensuring they align with Echevar Terra’s brand of exclusivity and excellence.
  • Marketing & Branding: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute high-end campaigns, leveraging digital platforms and private events.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, and development teams to execute transactions seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5+ years in luxury real estate, investment brokerage, or high-end property development.
  • Elite Network: Established connections with UHNWIs, private investors, and luxury property developers.
  • Sales Mastery: Exceptional track record in negotiating and closing multi-million-pound deals.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to evaluate market trends, property values, and investment potential.
  • Charismatic & Professional: Impeccable communication, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. RICS accreditation is a plus.
