Position Overview:

As a Recruitment Resourcer in our health and social care division, you will play a vital role in connecting talented candidates with organisations that provide essential services to those in need. Your primary responsibility will be to source, assess, and match candidates to a variety of roles within the health and social care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their skills, experiences, and career goals.
2. Collaborate with clients to assess staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
4. Recruit candidates based on current business needs and market demands.
5. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles.
6. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and post-placement support.
7. Provide ongoing guidance and support to candidates throughout their employment journey.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the health and social care sector.
2. Demonstrated sales ability and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
