List the duties/ responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with operational colleagues across the wider operations, showcasing your exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Skilfully manage case working duties in line with the assigned business area, including high-profile cases and broader issues.
- Utilize internal systems to make informed casework decisions efficiently.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, adapting to varied workstreams aligned with internal deployment priorities.
- Ensure optimal team performance, productivity, and achievement of targets.
Training:The Home Office will provide a 4 training period, consisting of shadowing experienced team members and on-the-job learning. Please note that no annual leave will be permitted during the 2 weeks of training.
Role specific requirements:You must hold a valid passport and must have lived in the UK for longer than 5 years. Please note that a period of 6 months or longer spent outside of the UK in the last 5 years will unfortunately not be accepted. This role requires security clearance that will be processed for you, if successful.
