SEMH Teacher

Introduction

Responsibilities

• To deliver high quality teaching and learning to pupils within Year 1-Year 4
• To inspire children with enthusiasm and a love of learning.
• Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
• Experience delivering high quality lessons to children with behavioural needs.
• To have a sound knowledge of the requirements of the national curriculum.
• To prepare and plan for teaching, taking account of the requirements of all children within their class.
• To prepare and develop, teaching materials, teaching programmes, methods of teaching and assessment and pastoral arrangements.
• Expereince delivering extra curricular activities suitable for SEMH learners.

Requirements

• Experience working as a qualified teacher.
• KS1Primary teaching experience.
• QTS or QTLS trained.
• Experience teaching SEMH learners.
• Expert behaviour management and have a range of techniques.
• Experience working with learners with a range of Educational Needs.
• Able to commit to working for a long period of time.
• Must have EHCP expereince.
• Must have enhance DBS.
