About the position

This is an international position, responsible for the change management, transformation and roll out of an HR ERP system, at a global EPCM. This organisation works on some of the largest resources and energy projects globally, where they partner with many of the leading owners/operators. In addition, this company offers hybrid/remote working for the right candidate, while also investing in developing those who work for them – whether that is on a contract or permanent basis.

This company sees change management as an employee focused approach, focusing on supporting them to help with the roll out and adoption of new systems.

Responsibilities:

  • You will help drive change across the company by improving processes, introducing new digital tools, and shaping workplace culture.
  • Working closely with teams, you’ll guide them through transitions, run workshops, and address challenges along the way.
  • Your focus will be on making change easy for employees by creating clear plans and keeping everyone engaged.
  • You’ll manage multiple projects at once, ensuring they run smoothly and stay on track.
  • Gathering feedback and adjusting strategies will be key to making sure changes last and deliver real results.

Requirements:

  • Significant complex change management and transformation experience, especially in an international environment.
  • Ideally worked on HR ERP transformation projects.
  • Happy to be hands on within the position. This is not just a coordinating role, it is really making an impact within the organisation.
  • Human centered approach to change, focusing on employee support and adoption.
  • Able to analyse change readiness, and the impact/risk within the organisation.
  • Change management certification.
