About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Law Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE) to join a respected and growing firm in Cardiff. This role offers the chance to develop your expertise and work on a broad range of family law matters.

The role will involve:

• Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of family law.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations where required.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pre-nuptial agreements and consent orders.
• Engaging in business development activities to expand the firm’s family law practice.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Family Law Solicitor (NQ-3 years PQE).
• Have experience handling a broad range of family law matters.
• Demonstrate strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
• Possess excellent client care and interpersonal abilities.
• Be proactive, ambitious, and keen to develop your career within family law.
