We are looking for an In-Store Promoter Manager to join our Sales Department as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.

As the In-Store Promoter Manager, you will lead and coach a dynamic team of in-store promoters across multiple retail locations, ensuring exceptional performance and product visibility to drive sales. Your role will focus on recruiting, training, and motivating promoters to achieve sales targets, analyzing performance data to optimize sales strategies, and enhancing overall customer experience through effective in-store promotions.
