Our client is a leading manufacturer seeking an Interim Finance Business Analyst to support them in several key projects. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a significant business project aimed at consolidating multiple business areas into a more streamlined structure. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in standardising finance processes and will act as the go-to person for process flow.
What you’ll do:
- Supporting the Head of Projects in working on their target operating model
- Standardising finance processes including Accounts Payable and wider finance functions
- Acting as the go-to person for process flow within the project teams
- Assisting in the consolidation of 6 business areas across the UK/I into 3 areas
- Providing expert advice and guidance on project management best practices
- Ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders involved in the project
What you bring:
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong understanding of finance processes
- Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Experience with process standardisation would be beneficial
- Project qualification such as Prince2 is desirable but not necessary
- Background in finance would be advantageous but not essential
