Associate Director for super design orientated studio

Our client is a high-end, multi-award-winning studio in central London. They are now looking for someone at a senior level to join their small/medium team and help drive the business forward, be a great team leader, and help expand their offering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage projects in the developer-led, co-living sector.
2. Collaborate with local planning teams and stakeholders.
3. Drive business development and expand service offerings.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent experience working on central London projects.
2. Strong knowledge and contacts within local planning teams.
3. Excellent design background within a similar firm.
4. At least 15 years of experience post Part 3.
