No.1 Site Manager (Award Winning Main Contractor) | Permanent | Oxford
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + packageLocation: Oxfordshire
I have a great opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to join an award-winning Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their Oxford region.
The company operates throughout central and southern England, delivering quality D&B, new build, refurbishment, and restoration projects up to £20m in value.
They have been around for many years and have formed successful long-term partnerships with their clients by delivering efficient, high-quality projects. They work in a number of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Restoration, Commercial, Industrial, and Sports and Leisure.
The company has a huge pipeline of work and is looking to bring in an experienced No.1 Site Manager. The ideal person will be familiar with D&B projects, will have worked on both new build and refurbishment schemes, and ideally covered projects within the Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors.
Experience:
- Ideally Degree Qualified or other relevant construction qualification
- Experience working for a reputable Main Contractor
- Track record working on D&B projects
- New build and refurbishment experience
- Track record working on projects in the Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors
- First Aid, SMSTS, CSCS
- Full UK Drivers’ license
- Able to commute to Oxford on a daily basis
