Job Description:
We are currently collaborating with our client, an international law firm, on a Senior Planning, Consenting Energy & Infrastructure role within the firm’s Planning & Environment Team.
The team is one of the largest dedicated planning groups in the UK, managing a wide range of major projects across sectors like infrastructure, energy, and real estate. The main focus of this role is to advise on high-profile energy projects, including offshore wind, large-scale solar, interconnectors, pipelines, carbon capture plants, nuclear, energy networks, and infrastructure.
The team welcomes candidates at all levels, from newly qualified to experienced professionals, especially those with backgrounds in similar roles within large regional or national practices. A strong understanding of the Electricity Act 1989, the Town and Country Planning Acts, and the Planning Act 2008 is highly desirable. Candidates qualified in Australia or New Zealand will also be considered.
