Overview:

Dillon Engineering services are hiring Quantity Surveyors to join multiple projects across London. This is a permanent opportunity to work on high-profile commercial projects, managing costs and ensuring financial efficiency from start to finish.

The ideal candidate must have a valid visa/citizenship to work in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project costs, ensuring financial control and reporting accuracy.
• Measure from drawings and isometrics to produce detailed bills of quantities with labour hours and material costs.
• Track costs and labour efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct full construction take-offs and cost planning, ensuring NRM2 compliance.
• Prepare and submit monthly CCS reports, valuations, and payment certificates.
• Manage subcontract procurement, agreements, and final accounts.
• Ensure the final account is agreed upon within the project timeline.
• Mitigate third-party claims and ensure contractual compliance.
• Work proactively with the senior QS team to develop commercial and contractual expertise.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles.
• Understanding of commercial contracts and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
