About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and ADHD? RTN Diagnostics is looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our growing clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, contributing to high-quality diagnostic assessments and care planning in a multidisciplinary team.

RTN Diagnostics provides expert diagnostic services for autism and ADHD, delivering accurate, compassionate assessments and tailored care pathways. As part of our clinical team , you will play a key role in providing evidence-based assessments and recommendations that support individuals and families in navigating neurodevelopmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to support autism and ADHD diagnostics.
  • Administer and contribute to ADOS assessments as part of the diagnostic process.
  • Deliver clear diagnostic outcomes and comprehensive reports outlining strengths, challenges, and tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, and other SLTs to develop holistic, multidisciplinary care plans.
  • Offer strategies and interventions to support communication, social interaction, sensory processing, executive functioning, and daily living skills.
  • Provide expert guidance to parents, carers, and educators.
  • Stay current with emerging research and best practices in neurodevelopmental care.

About You

Essential:

  • HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, ADHD, or other neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Skilled in conducting ADOS assessments.
  • Strong knowledge of communication and language development, sensory needs, functional independence, and/or executive functioning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative clinical team.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a diagnostic or multidisciplinary setting.
  • Training in sensory integration therapy, pragmatic language therapy, or CBT approaches.
  • Postgraduate qualifications related to autism, ADHD, or neurodevelopmental conditions.
