As our next Food & Beverage Supervisor, you
Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet/s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
Work duty manager shifts as and when required
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beveragePrevious experience in a similar leadership role is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
