Power Market Software Analyst

Job Description

Our client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy operating across the Energy market in the UK. As part of their growth, we are now looking for a Power Market Software Analyst to join their team in London/Edinburgh.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with a team of developers and energy market experts to build and sustain a large, complex codebase.
2. Utilizing APIs to gather external data, process and clean datasets, and perform calculations to transform the data into meaningful insights for clients.

Qualifications:

1. Intermediate Coding Knowledge in C#, Python or any similar.
2. A strong foundation in data processing and computational analysis.
3. A relevant BSc, MSc, or PhD qualification would be advantageous, along with experience in key areas of the energy sector.
