About the Role
As Senior Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy whilst overseeing both financial and management accounting functions. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, private equity environment with clear progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
- Oversee the delivery of accurate management accounts and financial reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial financial insight
- Support with audit preparation and liaison
- Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Either Top 10 practice trained or with substantial industry experience
- Proven experience managing and developing a finance team
- Strong technical accounting knowledge across both financial and management accounting
- Previous experience in audit preparation and liaison
- PE/investor backed business experience advantageous
- Commercial mindset with excellent communication skills
